Delivery

Postage Costs
All orders to the UK are ‘postage free’. Overseas orders are charged at a standard rate per item included in the check-out process.
Order Despatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours; during Monday to Friday, we dispatch every day so it is likely to be less than 24 hours. There may be a slight delay at weekends and Bank Holidays.
Delivery
Most First Class mail arrives the next working day; Parcels Service can take between 3 and 5 days. If your order has not arrived within a week of posting, please contact your local sorting office to see if an item is being held for you.
Please note that the Royal Mail do not allow compensation claims until 15 working days have elapsed after the posting date. In this rare event, we are bound by this condition and will send replacements after the elapsed time.
Tracking
Most orders are dispatched by standard Royal Mail First Class or via Royal Mail Parcel Service. Neither of these services provides a tracking option. If you require tracking, please contact us and we will quote the latest and best courier 1-2 day delivery prices.
Damage in the Post
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement at our cost and will make the necessary claim against the carrier at our risk. Please note that many carriers will contact the addressee to confirm the damage and you will be required to sign a declaration.
Customer Collection
We have no retails premises and therefore collection is not offered.
